The news is in Tamil Nadu they are currently stop Issuing Aadhar Card due to some problems. IF not means you can directly go to Head Post office -Chennai (Mount Road/Anna salai) Near shanthi Theater . Ask there you can get full application and related information about Aadhar card Regards, Roger
