    First I like your picture of the bridge. Second I am sure you meant Paris, France. France is the most secular country in the world. Many people do follow religions but they do not advertise it like in the USA. Of course there are some racists, but the vast majority will respect totally your religious beliefs. There are Kosher restaurants in Paris, not as many as in New York and you will probably have to do a bit of searching. There are also a number of halal restaurants. In any of the better hotels, you can receive indications as to where there are kosher restaurants. A fascinating area of Paris is the Marais, many members of the Jewish community reside there. I would go to TripAdvisor and read all the suggestions there. There are countless suggestions. Some will appeal to you, some will not. France has the largest Jewish community in all of Europe (about 700,000) so I don't think you will have much trouble with food. You can either order things that appear kosher, or you can go to kosher restaurants. The word in French for kosher is "casher."
