Jet lag is just the tired feeling you'll get because of the dramatic change in time zone. You'll be up at times you would usually be asleep in the states and vise versa. Don't worry about it. You will adjust pretty quickly. Have fun in France!!

It's like.... A really tired feeling you get when you go from one time zone to another and have to get used to it.
