Where can I go jet skiing in near Tokyo?

I'm taking a trip Tokyo and in May. Does anyone know of any places/beaches where i can go jet skiing? On average how much are the rentals?

Answer:
You can't, you need a marine operators license to operate any vessel with a motor in Japan. Expats can take the course and exam in English through the US Power Squadron in Yokohama. However it costs about 120000 yen, so that doesn't do you much good as a tourist. That being said, if you know of some international courtesy that extends to boater competency cards, you are ahead of me. AFAIK there is no equivalent of the International Drivers Permit for boats. The marine operators permit that pleasure craft operators need in Japan is actually the lowest level commercial license, it's not something that is specific to pleasure craft.
