Where can i find someone by address?

Where can I find the address for someone, who I know their name and place of birth but not where they live?

    The best thing to do would be to hire an investigator. There are privacy laws in the US. Just having the place of birth is not enough. Identity theft is a major concern. I have been contacted by someone who got my name and phone number from a bogus reference on an internet site that I never visited. There are all kinds of issues this question raises, so it's best to hire an investigator. Check with your state licensing boards for reputable ones.

If you are in the UK www.192.com they have the electoral register from 2000-2007, any thing before that is archived, you would have to go to the archives for the town / city where they live. Its considered unethical to post information relating to a living person on Yahoo answers.
