Cheapest wAY TO SHIP BOOKS AND USED CLOTHES AND HOUSEHOLD ITEMS FROM OTTAWA TO BANGALORE INDIA?

book only those items which are absolutely essential and not available in bangalore , because the shipping (however cheap it may be ) will be costlier i have seen many indians moving out of US , leaving behind their clothes/donating them ., instead of booking , buying in india may cost you less if you still feel like booking these , you may try and locate the consolidating agents (logistic cos/C&F )who book smalls on LCL (less than container)load , book them by sea at a lesser price
