What todo for my sweet 16 birthday party....go to spa in a limo or have a water slide in backyard?

Go with he water slide thing. Having a huge sweet sixteen is overrated nowadays because of that stupid show. Save some money, put it away so you can travel to places when you're 18, or go on a road trip or something, wasting it on one birthday, is pointless. Go to Ihop.

Isolate yourself from the world. Buy a kitten. Get a gallon of ice cream. Die a little inside.

Ask your parents to stop spoiling their child for your birthday. You may only have 2 years left until official adulthood, but it may be enough to learn a bit about life, responsibility, risk and reward so that reality won't be such a shock to your system. Or you could just move from mommy & daddy's right into your new rich husband's home and live a sheltered and pampered life and be just like Paris Hilton! Yaaay - that's hot!
