I recommend that you check out this site which is listed under my favorites on my computer. It is a great site with various webcams to look at in Paris, most notably the Eiffel Tower. Also has various tours and hotels listed which you may find interesting. There is an evening boat tour on the Seine which culminates with dinner at the Eiffel Tower. This site is in English.
