Seconding the other answers and adding the BHV to that - it's right on top of metro Hotel de Ville, it's a mall like the Galeries Lafayette and it's in le Marais, which is a pretty good district to shop in as well -hence the rec.

You might try Les 4 temps - Just a few stops on the metro at La Defense (outside city of Paris limits) Huge mall ( I believe the largest in the Paris area) You will find what you need and much more.
