The one in rue des Septs Arpents is near the Metro 5 station Porte de Pantin http://www.ratp.info/orienter/plans.php# (click on pic of "plan du métro" - it is north east on orange line) You are 11 stations from Bastille The one in Clichy (rue Martre - M° Mairie de Clichy) is on metro 13 (clear blue), it is 9 stations from Champs Elysées and 6 from St Lazare train station.. And the last one (rue Vitruve), there is no metro but the bus # 1 from Hôtel de Ville in the very centre and it is a 19 mn travel. Buses are bit annoying in Paris since they rely on traffic. I would say the best is the second ... but the one is okay too. You can count between 1 and 2 minutes travel between two metro stations, depending on the distance.
