In any shopping center such as Forum des Halles, or rue de Rivoli, around Havre Caumartin. Champs Elysées shops are too expensive. http://en.parisinfo.com/paris-shopping/ You can also take the tube and go to Creteil shopping center (it's mine !)

Head to the Marais! Located in the 3rd and 4th arrondissement, you'll find unique shops and boutiques, some expensive, some not.
