  Rosny sous Bois would definitely qualify as "near" rather than "in" Paris. http://www.rosny93.fr/article.php3?id_article=233 It is on the outskirts of the outskirts of Paris and other webpages say it is near EuroDisney. I don't know that area, but it should be all right. "Située à 5 km de la Porte de Bagnolet (2 mn en voiture), Rosny est très bien desservie par les autoroutes A1, A4 et A86, qui la situent à 15 mn de l’aéroport Charles de Gaulle et à 20 mn d’Orly." "3 miles from Porte de Bagnolet (2 min by car) Rosny is very well served by the freeways A1, A4, and A86, which put it 15 minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport and 20 minutes from Orly." [ I think all of those times are best case scenarios. ] I would say that the "2 minutes by car to Porte de Bagnolet" is rather optimistic, especially in morning traffic, and that just gets you to the boundary of Paris proper. (It takes 45-60 mins to get to CDG Airport, and Rosny is about 1/3 of the way.)
