    You can get the shuttle bus from CDG to the RER trian take that to chatelet les halles and from there join the metro line to take u into the center of paris...the metro system is very reliable quick and easy to understand. You can pick up a metro guide from any1 of the train stations.

You can use the trains, they are efficient and get you there faster than other modes of transport....I think its called RER or something like that. You can get off at multiple stops, but may have to change to the metro at one of the larger stations eg Gare du Nord...the metro system is great and takes you to practically anywhere in Paris.
