You might not have any choice as airlines have slots booked in certain airports and not others. There's three aiports around Paris: - The biggest one is the one used by most international companies. It is called Roissy-Charles de Gaulle, code name is CDG. It is around 20kms north of paris. - Second biggest is called Orly. code name ORL. It is around 15 kms south of Paris. - Last one is the biggest joke of all as it is 90 kms away north of Paris but is still called a Parisian airport and is called Beauvais. It is used by Ryan airline and some other low cost companies. If you have a choice take Roissy-Charles de Gaulle, the 11th arrondissement is in the northern part of Paris. However if you get Orly instead it's not that much of a difference. If you have only Beauvais as a choice you need to take a coach from the airport to the city, it is around an hour ride. The 4th airport, Le Bourget, is only for small planes with less than 20 seats so don't bother with it.

Fly into Charles De Gaulle, it's the biggest of the airports and if you're flying from America that is where they fly into usually.

If you're flying in from an EU country, you'll probably land at Orly Airport, if you're coming in from pretty far away, you'll and Charles de Gaul
