  I went over the summer for 12 days and i brought about 1000 euros, but i did not have to pay for lodging, i stayed with a friend. But for food i would say you would need about 50 euros a day....shopping is really expensive in paris, so watch out for that. But most tourist things are at a reliable price...and if you are under 18 and bring in a id with a date of birth you will get into most things for free. Which was nice. While I was there i didn't really buy a lot of things, i did buy a lot of post cards and took a lot of pictures. That is the best way to remember e! If you travel buy metro you can buy a 10 trip pass for about 5 euros, but it is easier to walk ever where unless you are going far. There is always taxis. Also watch out for street vender's around the E.T. they WILL try to sell you little E.T. key they are illegal and you can get in trouble for buying them! Also get a journal before you leave so yo can write down what you did that day so you can remember when you get back because you do so much i couldn't even remember what we did on the first day! Also when you get there don't go to bed if you land in the morning, such an easier time change adjustment!
