  • Answer:

Obviously, the further south you go, the more pleasant the winter weather will be. So you could consider other parts of Spain, Italy, or the Mediterranean islands such as Capri, Corsica etc. Here are a few actual suggestions to look into: Hotel Petit Palace Lealtad Plaza, Madrid - http://petitpalace-lealtadmadrid.com/ Hôtel Carré Noir, Corsica (France) - http://www.hotelcarrenoir.com/ Hotel Capri Tiberio Palace, Capri (Italy) - http://www.capritiberiopalace.it/ Albergo Hotel Ghala, South Italy - http://hotelghala.it Hotel Des Palmes, Sicily (Italy) - http://www.amthotels.it/despalmes/

Paris is bound to be rainy and cold. Gray and drab at best, unless you just get lucky and hit a clear couple of days. Barcelona? I'm not sure. Valencia should be sunny-ish and fairly warm. In New York, we'd call it Spring weather. Canarias? I'd assume warm, because they are near the equator, but I have no idea as to whether it gets rainy or not. It's still pretty much winter in most of Europe in February.
