It gets hot there! It's at the same latitude as the US, almost. But it you want to wear something fashionable I would suggest a scarf, or something with ruffles, and a chic hat.

Everyone's always saying how France is all fashion-y and such, but I think you should bring your own style into the thing. If I were you, I would wear ballet flats, skinny jeans, lacey tank tops or tube tops, uggs, lots of braclets ( I like wearing a bunch of bangles), and chic hats. (I think of berets...lol, i think they're cute, but, you know, they're berets). I like wearing dresses over jeans, with a few necklaces and ballet flats. You know, dress to suit your personality, Show Paris what you're made of. :)
