Answer:
I presume that as a Persian American you carry a USA passport. With a USA passport you can visit France without a visa for a maximum of three months as a tourist. Any other way to visit France is 99.99% impossible. Unless you are from a EU Schengen country there is basically no hope of ever working or living in France except as a casual tourist.

Hahah, the naivity ... Sweetie, it is currently IMPOSSIBLE for a non-EU national to move to any EU country, unless they are so wealthy that they don't have to work and can still contribute to the local economy. Forget easy.

It might be easier for you to go there as a student. You should apply to French universities right away. If you are accepted to one, then I assume you would be given a visa allowing you to stay for as long as you stayed enrolled in that school. After those four years, hopefully you will have gotten enough exposure to the country to satisfy you. And maybe you would develop contacts that could assist you in getting a job there. Do you speak Farsi (Persian)? If so, that might really help you get a job with any French company doing business within Iran. But if you are a U.S. citizen, you might have trouble getting visas to actually travel to Iran (you probably know more about this than I do). Or maybe you could get work tutoring people to speak/write either Farsi or Arabic, or translating/interpreting, if you are fluent in either. If your parents speak them, ask them to start talking to you in one or both of those languages, so you can practice and improve. But there's an alternative: You can get a surprisingly similar experience to France by moving to Quebec City, in Canada. Again, it would help to get admitted as a student, but maybe you could also get work based on your language skills.

They are right about the 90 days but don't get discouraged. Try going to college there first. Then how about an embassy job? Look at the US state dept and see if there are any openings. Otherwise you could maybe do some au pair work or you would have to start a business. Try the college route first.
