What are bad, decent, and pricey areas to live in Paris?

I would like to live in the 18th Arrondissement in Paris. Is there a Best area in this Arrondissement ?

To the person above "Paris is a safe city" lol you've obviously never been to Paris coming out with something like that. Paris is full of scallys waiting to mug your handbag but there are nice areas

Paris 18 is not safe to live. Adjoining is Paris 9. So try to find a place somewhere near the Metro Notre Dame de Lorette

Paris, generally, is a safe city. If you stay near Metro Abbesses, you'll find a charming neighbourhood of Montmartre filled with bakeries, bars, shops and restaurants. I would generally stay away from anywhere too close to the Sacre Coeur - lots of tourists.
