Hello, I know the hotel de la Porte Doree which is a good value for money. They have double rooms around 60€/night. It's in the 12th, not really central, but near a metro station. Hope this helps!

I always stay at a lovely little hotel called the Hotel du Nord. It is on Rue Albert Thomas right off of the Place de République, which is easy to get to as it has multiple Métro lines serving it. The hotel is a five or ten-minute walk from the Métro station. From there you can get anywhere in Paris. The area is very nice, the neighborhood is residential and quiet, and there are a ton of good restaurants around the Place de République. The hotel itself is inexpensive, clean and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is extra, but well worth the €7. You can also rent bicycles from the hotel staff.
