As said above there's Joe Allen http://www.restoaparis.com/fiche-restaurant-paris/joe-allen.html There's PDG (hamburgers) http://www.restoaparis.com/fiche-restaurant-paris/pdg.html Hard Rock Cafe http://www.restoaparis.com/fiche-restaurant-paris/hard-rock-cafe.html There's a lot more. Go to this site and in the box 'de cuisine' choose 'Americaine', you'll have all the restaurants and cheaper food bars in Paris. http://www.restoaparis.com/recherche-restaurant-paris Sometimes in a foreign country you really have a craving for your own food. Enjoy yourself. But do expect smaller servings than in the US.

You have got to be kidding me! I LIVE for French food whenever we visit! But...if you have to have American style food, try Joe Allen's in Les Halles, The Great Canadian Pub or the Hard Rock Cafe

Well, personally, I think you're crazy to want BBQ ribs when you're in a country famed for its cuisine! Try Joe Allen near the Chatelet-Les Halles RER station if you must have American food.

The hard rock café has great ribs.....

What you are looking for is Chez Haynes at 3 rue Clauzel in the 9th arrondissment. Their phone is 01 48 78 40 63. Its been years since I've been there so I can't swear they are still open but it was still going strong about 5 or 6 years ago having opened in 1949. If that doesn't pan out you might try the Happy Days Diner ( http://www.happydaysdiner.com/les-diners ) at 25 rue francisque Gay in the 6th. No ribs but an amusing French take on 1950's Americana.
