It is not impossible but it could take some waiting , so be patient & try to find creative ways of finding job offers that suit your qualifications (not dream job -- that comes later!). I met quite a few Moroccans , Algerians, Mauritanians, & Tunisians working in UAE. Two of those were in a sales job at a hyper market , one at a bakery , and one holds a prominent job in a Swiss bank branch office in Dubai. Also in my own family , a close cousin is married to a Moroccan woman. Just be sure to emphasize how many languages you speak , I am just assuming as a north african you already speak Arabic, French, and English since you asked in English already. This may be important to some employers.
