No, there is no way you can use cash. However, you could give the cash to an older person with an eBay account and credit card, and get them to buy it for you. If you're looking for someone to do that, email me ([email protected]). I use my US address to buy things for people overseas from websites that don't ship internationally and send it to them. This is pretty similar.
I am pretty sure you have to be 18 to buy anything on ebay. ask your parents to buy it for you
