Usually if they have more than one ( a Dutch auction) It will list the highest bidders, and the top 2 ( in this case) would be the people who won. I dont see why it led you into the paying process the, it usually would not . Of course, the seller will reverse out your payment, if he has any seller ethic at all. Send him a mail and speak with him/her. There should be a contact link by his seller name ( I havent been to Ebay recently)
