    Always try to contact the seller first. here's how to request the seller's contact information: Click Advanced Search next to the Search button at the top of most ebay pages. Under Members, on the left hand side, click Find Contact Information. Enter the seller's user ID and the item number. Click the Search button. OR: You can click the Ask a question link in the ebay listing. Also if you paid through Paypal you have 45 days to file a claim from when you sent the payment. Be patient a week is not that long to wait for an item.

get in touch with the sender through e bay to try and resolve. Did you pay with paypal if so you are covered by them for refund of money. Make sure you go through e bay so you have a record. e bay will open a dispute with you and the seller and will act on your behalf. I would give seller a chance item could be lost in the post. If you go onto e bay check what you should do by asking a question or asking for help. Good luck.
