Where is Lillie France located?

Please tell me some of France's best attractions and where they are located.?

  • I am into France and their culture and would love to learn about their attractions and history. Please tell me some of the best attractions in France and where they are located.

  • Answer:

France, there is so much to see but it depends where you want to go. I mean Paris itself is full of museums and beautiful restaurants and exhibitions. There is a guide called the pariscope which will show you all the current events in Paris although it is in french. If you are wanting to visit regions, there are equally interesting. France is a country full of history. You can see many interesting things in the Loire, Dordogne. Britanny has beautiful beaches and is great for sailing. You can go skying in the French Alps from December to March. I hope this helps

IF YOU ARE INTO ART,HISTORY,& ARCHITECTURE, PARIS IS DEFINITLY THE PLACE : MUST SEE : LE LOUVRE, LA PLACE VENDOME, LA PLACE DE L'OPéRA,L'HOTEL DES INVALIDES(MY FAVOURITE PARISIAN BUILDING) & THAT SOUNDS OBSIOUS BUT LA TOUR EIFFEL(AT NIGHT) IS SO NICE. IF YOU ARE INTO MAGNIFICIENT NATURE, 1or2 weeks in CORSE (Corsica island)is something you can't miss . The moutains, the beachs, the diving, the villages are just incredibles... & don't be afraid about the "independentists", it's just a legend to keep away the mass-tourism & its collateral damages ; La Corse is one of the safest place on Earth. I grow up in France, in the 6 corners of the Hexagon (and everywhere in the middle !), I lived (& travelled) in many different places in the world : TAHITI, AUSTRALIA(actually), EUROPE, INDONESIA, USA, ASIA.... AND I think CORSICA is the most beautifull island on Earth (with maybe Bora Bora for the lagoon).

You definitely need to explore Southern France, especially Provence. Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Cassis, Avignon, Montpellier

There is a town called Strausburg, not sure if I spelled it right, in France, kind of close to the German border. It's a nice little town, it has a big cathedral with this really cool clock inside. This is in the Alsace part of France, and there is a lot of history there. The Maginot Line is also close to there, it's an underground area where the French hid out from the Germans, it's a cool area to tour. The Argonne forest is also not to far from there, it's between the German border and Paris, and there are lots of military cemetaries around there. And of course there is Paris, my family and I love Paris, we've been twice and want to go again. We get a 3 day metro pass and a museum pass and just take in as much as we can.

The architecture, gardens, and art are EXCELLENT. *sigh* You MUST see Chartres Cathedral, The Eiffel Tower, the Albert Kahn garden, castles, and just too many attractions to list. Also, check out the outdoor kiosks and flea markets. You will NOT believe the quality items you'll find for very little money. Much better than U.S. flea markets. Kiki

Absolute must-sees: Mont Saint Michel, Provence with the Gorges du Verdon, Nice, the Strasbourg cathedral, the Loire regions with the castles, most of Normandy, Versailles palace and town, the Pyrenees - too much to mention here, actually....
