Could anyone give a sample of invitation letter in order to get a visa to Brazil?

    You NEED to have a visa to go to BRAZIL! As you are going for business.. just ask the company to write a letter to the brazilian consulate saying that they request you to go there for business... But I doubt that you can't get your visa just because of that... if you apply for a visa... empty handed... you will get one :)

Depending on the nationality a visa may or may not be necessary. If he is an American, a visa is required. In any case, he needs to go to the Brazilian embassy or consulate in his country with his passport and fill out an application form and pay the fee.

I dont think its actually to the consulate. Its simply a letter from you to your customer, inviting them to visit your company in Brazil and the reasons why, so they can take it to the embassy and show they have purpose of visit.

First, where is he traveling from? And why does he need a Visa to visit Brazil... I doubt a Visa is needed for a simple visit, only for an extended stay/
