How do I get my print button back?

IE7 - How do I get my "print" button back? Where is "copy"?

    I think as far as the "copy" is concerned Microsoft are expecting you to either right click with your mouse or use control + c to do it. Oh wait, I've just worked out how to do it. Okay, right click in the area between where you type the address and where the tabs are for the different web pages you are on. You should get a little drop down menu with "Menu bar, Links, Status Bar, ect." pop up. If you click on "Menu Bar" you should get the good old options of "File, Edit, View, ect". I hope that helps as far as where "copy" is.
