How do i make yahoo messenger a button on my toolbar? i tried going to the add buttons icon but it didn't work

i have yahoo messenger i just can't get it onto my toolbar... i have tried everything i could think of at the moment...

Just click on view,click on toolbars,click on customize.Then add the messenger button there.It will be on your standard toolbar.That's the one i use.Gets you to messenger so what's the diff where it's at.Good luck.
