Why can't I get my yahoo toolbar back?

I cant get rid of this Google toolbar or figure out how to get the yahoo toolbar back. Whats the deal?

    If you want to get rid of Google just go to the add/remove program under Set Program Access and Defaults. Then you could just re-install your yahoo toolbar. If you still can't see the toolbar, right click on a blank space on the toolbars, a list should come up, Yahoo! Toolbar should have a check beside it, if not click on it. If Yahoo! Toolbar is shadowed out and you can't click on it, check Manage Add-On to see if its been disabled if you re-enable it.

Click tools, toolbars and uncheck google then recheck yahoo toolbar. THEN go back to tools, toolbars and check "Lock toolbars". Next go to start, control panel, add/remove programs. After it populates, scroll to google toolbar and remove. You'll probably have to restart your pc afterwards.
