How do I clear my pop up blocker?

I have the Yahoo pop up blocker at the highest setting but still get pop ups. How do I stop the pop ups?

    You can download a program called POW that every time you get a pop up, click on POW and add that pop-up to POW's list of blocked pop-ups and you'll never see it again. It works by blocking the URL of the pop-up in the name of the window and occasionally I'll get one that doesn't have a URL there so I can't add it.
