Hi, though there is an rca out on the picture you've found, it's not color composite video. It's the y or lumanence output (black and white compositie). sub d 15 pin connector pin 2 is signal that goes to the hot or center connection on the rca, Pin 7 (db15) to shield on the rca will yield a usable black and white composite signal.... providing you output at low res as standard vga out is 31k, composite video's horizontal freq is 15k... so you'll need to switch to 640x480. The truth is though, you may get a picture but you get much better results with a scan convert, also sometimes referred to as a pc to tv converter. Better ones let you compensate for a large number of common problems such as the picture being over scanned or the picture not syncing at the left side of the tv.... cheap converters can be had for a song if you look (15 bucks and up)....
