It's always a bad idea to put all your eggs in one basket. We make a lot of money though eBay but we also sell locally, though our own website, at flea markets, a few items a month on Amazon, and put excess furniture into consignment stores in other towns. You don't want to allow a single disaster to wipe you out. Disasters can happen very easily on eBay.

with just ebay no i couldn't survive but i almost do listing on several sites, i list on etsy and yorbin also
