Can I use a spare Sky card in another Sky box?

If i buy a second hand sky+box with cables can i fit it and use it with my current sky viewing card?

    Yes. aslong as you get twin cable. once youve connected everything up, ring sky and tell them you've bought a sky + box and you'd like them to pair your card to it.

If you already have a subscription to sky+ then it might work, at least partially. If you only have an ordinary sky subscription then the recording _may_ not work, unless you pay the extra £10 to watch recording of programmes that you have already paid for once to watch with your original subscription.
