Is it possible to use a pc screen recorder to record video that is on the monitor on a different source?

    its not possible to record from two different sources cause it will only see whats on the desktop screen that your computer is connected to it uses the wires from the dvi source.its best to buy a a/v tuner like a dazzle or something similar to record your xbox play-all the free or trials has limits on how much you record usually 5-10 mins-10-20 mb long
