How can I connect my HD TV, Sky HD & PS3 with HDMI leads?

it looks like the solution could be to buy an hdmi splitter, i've listed a newegg.com link below for some splitter... but another option would be just to use AV cables for the sky hd or the ps3, i know you won't get as good of quality, but it'll do, especially for the ps3.. another option is to buy a AV receiver with more than one hdmi port and run everything through the receiver.
