    OK. Correct me if I am wrong, but you have 2 DVR's and 2 standard receivers in your home. That is a total of 6 lines needed. Follow the two lines from your dish to find the multiswitch. The two lines will enter through one side and the OUTputs should be on the oppisite side. How many OUTputs do you have? It needs to be either a 6x8 or 4x8. The first number represents the different INputs and the second number represents the OUTputs. There can also be two 3x4's as well. That is called stacking the switches. You must make sure two lines are running from an OUTput to the back of your receiver in order to work. If it does, but still will not work correctly, then you should call DTV and run through the extensive troubleshooting process.
