Is hd better than blue ray?

Blue-ray player or a HD Player? Which is better?

  • I like Blu-Ray myself b/c it shows much better then HD to me and better color.

    blue ray. However, considering how much a blue ray player costs, its cheaper to get a playstation 3 which can add more entertainment, soon will be able to act as a DVR AND can play blue ray disks. It's just a fight between sony and the other's. Similar to the old days of VHS or Beta tapes.

Neither. The music industry can't get its act together to come up with one format, so they charge an arm & a leg for technology that will soon be obsolete. I am not buying either one, and unless you have really top notch AV equip, you will not see much difference either.
