How do I get the splits down in one week?....?

    ok to get that mastered it doesn't take that long but just slide as far as you can with out putting hands on the floor and make sure u are warmed up really good b4 you do any of that and then that's really all you can do lol

practice !practice !practice! do ur splits while studying/doing h.w ect. dont push your self too muchh. because u dont want to get a pulled muscle then u wontbe able to do them at all! soo be careful! i cant garuntee that you will have them down in a week! just keep practicing.! good luckk<333333333

Make sure that you are VERY warmed up and stretched before you work on your splits, and work on them every day this week. Hold the stretch for a minute or so, relax, and then repeat. Good luck!
