I am using bsnl net worth 2Mbps but i actually get 80 to 150kbps how can i increase my net speed plz suggest?

    Check your plan of BSNL connection and know it first. Then divide it by 8 that's your maximum download speed. 1mbps/8= 128kbps download speed for 1mbps plan 2mbps/8= 256kbps download speed for 1mbps plan if your plan is 512kbps then feeled yourself as lucky.

its the optimum speed u are having 2MB surfing speed, mind it its not your downloading speed. use DAP to download. if u like my answer plz mark it best thanks

its upto 2mbps so technically it will be in between 256kbps-2mbps during night unlimited you wont get full speed as there r many people r using their internet taking advantage of happy hours ,so the internet usage is high

What more can you expect in India ? We are lucky that we get connected to the net (not always cause server down).You cannot increase the speed anyway you try.Maybe if the BSNL is dragged to the Consumer Court on this issue some developments MIGHT take place.But who has the patience,time,energy and money to go after the service provider.Be content and enjoy what comes are way.

I think..the speed varies area to area. may be u r in the area where the max speed is what u r getting now. for confirmation contact ur bsnl office once.
