How can I delete my real name from my AIM screen name?

If you delete AIM then re download it can you use the same screen name and buddy list without making a new one

    ya, i've done it, all you have to do is save the buddylist first. then once you re-downloaded it, you have to load it. it should be saved, you'll see the aol icon. You can use the same screenname and password wherever you go
