Remember, in Austria and Germany studying is tuition free most of the time. Secondly you could become a scientist, a musician, an artist etc. and come to Germany or Austria on that basis. You could also come as a tourist but in reality look for work. Once you found any, the authorities will usually grant you a work visa if your employer says that no one else can do the job. The marriage option is complicated because you loose your status if it fails too early.
