How can i start up scanning my pc?my pc doesnt scan when i turn it on.?

wanna know if my pc is infected, coz its working so slow, and i just think it needs to be scanned everytime i turn it on.

If you have virus protection installed on your computer this issue can be fixed simply. Go to Start, then "Run", Type in "msconfig", go to "Startup", and make sure that your virus protection program is enabled. After doing so hit "OK" and, if it asks you to, restart your computer". Then, go to Start, Accessories, System Tools, and click on Scheduled Tasks. Add a scheduled task to your computer that runs your virus protection program at system startup. Hope this helps!

If you think your PC is slow now, your PC will become even slower if you want it to start scanning as soon as you turn it on. Open up your antivirus software program, and do a manual scan of your system. If you do not have an Anti Virus software program, I suggest you get one..
