  Lovely, if expensive area. Why not go online and check for yourself re hotels etc. There are no absolute guarantees re snow - increasingly over recent years, the average snowfall has been less right across the Alps with the weather very unpredictable, just as other places in the world right now. The January-February time should be okay however. Most Austrian hotels, as opposed to Guest Houses, have 'wellness' facilities these days - they are hugely into pools, etc. The slopes in and around Kitzbuhel would cater for most levels of skiers. We have only been here in Summer, when we had rain, loads of it!!
