How can I make transparent words on pictures?

How do I make my printer print words and not pictures. It will not print text from word documents...?

  • The printer won't print ANY TEXT from notepad or word or any word document programs... It'll only print pictures from like photofiltre and stuff and text from there... I don't get ...show more

    Some printers have a setting that will only let you print pictures and not text so check the printer properties etc.

Possibly you could have something messed up in the word. OR! I just might have figured it out. Okay. Now, your printer is set up, and it should have a name, click file>print on the program and then when the window comes up make sure its the right printer. If its not then switch it. If there is more than one that you are not sure of then yanno, try them out. I hope you can figure it out soon, I probably could but its a 'lil hard over the internet. If you are using Windows Vista, go to the START button and click on CONTROL PANEL. From there, click on PRINTERS. There should be a little check mark by one of the printers in that folder (that is your default printer). Right-click on your default printer and select PROPERTIES. Each printer's properties are different, so I cannot tell you exactly where to go from here, however, you should be able to look for something along the lines of COLOR MANAGEMENT or ADVANCED. I would also suggest just setting the printers setting back to DEFAULT. Hope it helps.
