    Did you replace the label exactly as it originally was. There is a fine vent system that will prevent the cartridge from working if label is askew. After you have checked that, make sure there is no ink or debris on the contacts, re-install the cartridge, align and clean it. Check the diagnostic to see if any cyan ink is flowing.
