The first thing i would do is visit the HP help and support website and try to solve your problem there... Another way I believe I can help you is to do a system recovery. This will involve deleting everything on your computer UNLESS you've ever done a backup.....when you boot up your computer, try pressing f11, this will open up the system recovery dialogue...follow the instructions and then your computer should be back to the way when you first got it out-of-the-box...
