  usually we feel cold when all our entry points are open. To minimize it, if keep your ears close u may get little warmness, u can wear a woolen cap just covering your ears. or try cotton buds in ears. which will not be seen by outside and u may get ur problem solved. or cover up just head with woolen/ monkey cap. first see in mirror which thing suits you on your appearance. for the jacket with hood try a round to Paris. i have seen that area (i dont know if that area is still known as Parrys or Paris.) selling various items, which u wont find in general market. you can also try a stylish woolen scarf with sleeveless sweater. who know, that might be a new trend in your office invented by you...LOL good luck.
