Which one ? Sony Vaio or Macbook?

do not get a mac book- you will not be able to play games on it because of low memory space- also they are a rip off.. my brother is in to computer science and they are the worst brand you can buy. sure they may be trendy and spiffy looking but they rip you off by 100s of dollars and arent really good unless you just like blogging.

Buy Macbook n install Vista in it. Many program 2day can run in Windows OS but can't run in Mac Os.

Hi friend, My VAIO was OK for awhile. It was a nice computer and worked well enough. I found Sony support to stink and the computer didn't last. Here's something to consider: The average windows user has their computer for 1-2 years. The average Mac owner has their machine for 4-7 years. I haven't gamed on my MacBook, but I do run Windows just fine. With the newest VMware and video card upgrade in the latest Mac I think you could get the gaming experience you want. But really, the question you need to ask is whether you're buying a gaming system or a computer. You may lose some high end on the gaming experience on your MacBook but you'll make it up ten times over in everything else. Took me a few weeks to get used to teh new OS but I would never go back. It's been 5 years now. Good luck and have fun!

Hello Twister67777, This one is really an answer of what do you prefer. All I can suggest is to go play with each laptop and check out the feel. Lag does not come from the computer most of the time unless you have a really slow or old PC. It could be from a wireless connection (meaning the router or interference) or a slow connection from your ISP. If you use wireless, it may not fix your current problem to get a new computer. If you do want to still get one, consider all options. I am a Windows person and never could get into Mac. That doesn't mean you wouldn't like it. My friends tell me all the time to switch to Mac but in the same breath I can play games they can't.
