Is there a tool that can be used to simulate credit card payments?

Does anyone know if paypal can be used via a laptop for credit card payments.?

As long as you have Internet access at the place you should be OK. Paypal is web-based!

Paypal requires that the owner of the credit card be a member as well so although you could use it anywhere you have an internet connection it is not a good solution for fairs, markets etc. There is a service that my husband uses in his business called Propay that works perfectly. You can process cards electronically and send receipts through any email account with a laptop or you can process by phone when an internet connection isn't available. You can also do the manual credit card slips and process then or later. Check it out! Good Luck

You can only used it to make purchases, from a member of PayPal. You should contact PayPal about that.
